Covid 19 Policy

Anyone displaying symptoms are asked to not travel and not to come to the activity

Bookings

Bookings are only valid after deposit or full amount has been paid.

Bookings are only valid after confirmation in writing or email from Rugged Paddleboard

Participation

All participants must complete the Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer  before the activity commences.

Paddleboarding requires a certain amount of co-ordination and strength if you think you have a medical condition that might be effected by the activity you must seek medical consultation first.

All participants are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to the session commencing. Late arrivals will not be accommodated for and no refunds will be provided in the instance.

Rugged Paddleboard will endeavour to commence activity at set timing but sometimes this will be late. If commencing late the activity will run for the set duration and thus may finish late.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are provided unless the session is cancelled by ourselves.

If for any reason we have to cancel a full or partial session due to any reason we will provide you a full refund or partial refund if we have completed half the session.

We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours if it is expected that the session will have to be cancelled. But due to the nature of the weather and conditions sessions may be cancelled at short notice or even after commencing.

Safety

Watersports are an inherently dangerous activity with risk of drowning. You must notify us if you are not a confident swimmer or cannot swim 25m. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone not capable or offer private sessions.

Rugged Coast reserves the right to refuse participation or remove participant if they are observed to not follow safety guidelines or are deemed to be under the influence of drink or drugs.

Participants under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a supervising adult. One adult can supervise upto a maximum of two children (under 16).

Liability

Rugged Coast  will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the participant or their possessions due to booking or participating in our activity.
